Andrea & Enrique - {LOVE} - Engagement Session

Here's a little peek at an engagement session I had this past weekend! The weather was a little chilly, but overall a nice day! We met close to sunset so we would get the nice warming light of the sun. The location we chose had so many different spots to get beautiful photos at.

Andrea & Enrique are very much in love with each other, which you can clearly see in the pictures. I truly enjoyed getting to hear about their upcoming wedding & learn about how their families celebrate different holidays & life events. It makes me want to adopt part of their culture as my own!

Jenny {Just Because}

For those of you who follow my Facebook page  a few of these photos were shown on there yesterday (and for those of you who don't, what are you waiting for?! I post all kinds of goodies on there!). I decided to share a couple of different ones on here as well. 

Jenny is such a sincerely sweet person & was a complete joy to work with! Since I had some new equipment, I wanted to try out some new techniques. Some of these shots are obviously not the normal "look" you see in my work, but I enjoyed trying out new tricks (and will definitely keep a few of them up my sleeve to use again!). As you can see, Jenny was a spectacular model and she even had some new locations for me to try out! I loved every minute of this session, even if it was a rainy day!

This fantastic wall is one of the new locations she introduced me to!

 This photo is hands down one of my all time favorites. It shows her fun bubbly personality & beautiful face. Perfect combination!

Thanks for a fabulous session and for being an amazing model! You definitely know how to work it!

Last look back at 2010!

January is already half over and I realized I hadn't wrapped up my favorites from 2010! Now I have photos from 2011 that I need to start sharing so I thought I'd better get this up on the blog quick. This is more of a random assortment, but I wanted to make sure I didn't leave these out! These are my favorites of furry babies and on-location business shots. It may seem like a random pair, but the business could be considered the baby of Dr. Austin! :)

This one was not posed in any way! She is just completely obsessed with her ball!

You know the phrase "Puppy dog eyes"? This has to be the definition of it!

A look back at 2010 - Part III

I'm getting near the end of my look back on some of my favorites from 2010! Today's blog has some of the most fun sessions and where it all began for me - Families! From babies to kids (and even the adults), it is always fun to see the fun personalities emerging and shining through! I love being able to capture some of the big personalities that the kids have! Plus, the moms & dads usually get a few quiet minutes to themselves while I take photos of just the kids, so that is always an added bonus for them. ;)

It truly means so much to me that you have trusted me with such precious memories! Enjoy the look back!
