Grammy, Grampa & the Grandbabies - {Family} - Sneak Peek!

This darling family may look a little familiar to you and I may have a strange resemblance to them. That's because these are my amazing parents & all of their grandbabies! My mom wanted a session with all of her sweet grands - not only to have more photos to hang on the wall but to have photos for her holiday cards as well!
She got all of the kids coordinating outfits, holiday pj's & accessories galore! Corralling the two boys is def a job, but we had so much fun during the session. These are just a few of my favorites!

Pretty obvious that all of the kiddos are crazy about their Grammy & Grampa!!
Love you guys!

Things I Love - {Fall}

I love a lot of things - but one of my favorite things of all time is Fall.
The weather is cooler. Beautiful colors are everywhere. Football is on ALL the time. Baseball is coming to an end, which means every game counts (Let's go, Rangers!!). There is a crisp feeling in the air. Yummy drinks make an appearance at Starbucks. (Hello Pumpkin Spice Latte!) And...it means Christmas isn't too far away. (wanna guess what is another favorite time for me?) ;)

And...... the best part.... pumpkins! Pumpkin muffins. Pumpkin bread. Pumpkin pie. Pumpkin patches. Pretty much anything with pumpkin has gone over quite well with me! hah!
These are just a few of the fabulous pumpkins & fall colors I have seen this fall!

Get out there and enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend & check out a local nursery or pumpkin patch near you! It is guaranteed to make you smile a little (even if it is just because you think of the delicious pie it will produce).

Custom Frames!! - {New Product}

Over the past few months, I have been searching high and low for a framing company that I would feel comfortable using for my business. I *finally* found a framing company that had everything I wanted (and more!). It is thrilling for me to be able to offer these frames to you now. And yes, my house will be covered in these as well!!

To begin with, here are the frames. There are sixteen different styles to choose from - but it doesn't end there! You then have the option to make it a Double Stacked frame. This means you choose the frame you want and that is placed on top of a square or rectangle (depending on photo size). The third option for the frames is called the Twin Double Stacked Frame. The name is pretty much self-explanatory, but it is the same shape of frame with a smaller frame stacked on top of a larger frame. Make sense?

The thing I loved the most is the amount of customization available. You see, you can have these frames in virtually any color. If you choose to have a stacked frame, you can have the top frame a different color from the bottom frame. Here are *some* of the colors available (kinda hard to believe this isn't all of the choices!). This means the frame will truly be customized for you and your home!!

And just to give you a taste of just how beautiful they are - here are a few in use!

Aren't they gorgeous?!?

They are available in a wide variety of sizes - including an ornament size (since Christmas is quickly approaching!). Wanna guess what the grandparents will be getting this year? ;)

If you are interested in purchasing custom frames, please contact me! I absolutely stand behind this product & believe that professional photos should have just as stunning frames to truly compliment them.

The Milogradov's - {Family Session} - Sneak Peek!

This past weekend, I met up with this beautiful family for their session. It was such a nice cool overcast day. We started the session by letting their little boy run around & be himself. His mom told me that they often come by the area our session was at & that he is obsessed with the trains. She was not kidding! He was so excited about the trains & got a kick out of being on the train tracks. Ya know how they say that some boys are "all boy"? He is the definition of it! He had one speed - which was very fast - and loved everything from finding rocks & sticks to looking at the trains.

They were so easy going & an absolute joy to be around! All three of them were completely at ease in front of the camera. You can see how much they love their sweet boy & how much he loves his mommy & daddy! Here are just a few of my favorites from their session!

Choo-Choo!

I *love* how expressive he is!
These were all taken within about 5 seconds of each other. Such a cutie!

Woodhill Endodontics - {Business Session}

Sometimes you meet people because of a bad situation, but then everything works out & things end up even better than before. This is definitely the case with this session! I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ayik after a horrific accident in April which led to substantial damage to my mouth. After getting to know him as a doctor (which, let me just say, he is AWESOME), we exchanged the normal chit chat of "what do you do", "who are you", etc etc. When he found out I was a photographer, he mentioned they were needing to find a photographer to do new headshots & business shots for their business. Luck had it that I had done the same thing for a dentist late last year!

After my treatment was completed, I heard back from his office and was thrilled to know they had chosen to use me as their photographer. Here are a few of their office & the wonderful endodontists who work here!

Brand Identity - {Design Board}

I previously mentioned that I am having my brand re-worked so it is cohesive & truly portrays my business. I am SO excited to be working with an amazing designer (Ravyn of Three Fifteen Design). Just from a few conversations and looking at my pinterest board, she was able to basically read my mind. Amazing if ya ask me!

Head on over to her blog & see the design board she came up with for my branding project! Hurry! Go go go! I am so excited about it & would LOVE to hear what you think!

Quinn & Elly - {Engagements} - Sneak Peek!

If you are a frequent reader of my blog, this couple may sound familiar to you... and that's because they previously had an enagement session with me this past spring. When they contacted me again & said they wanted to book another engagement session, I was thrilled (and may have danced around the house a little- okay, a lot)! I absolutely adore this couple & think they are so fun to be around. Quinn wanted some photos with an urban feel, so we headed to downtown Dallas.

As always, Elly & Quinn were so easy going & made my job super easy. Part of their session was after sunset, so those photos will be fairly different from what you usually see on here. More edgy & urban - hopefully exactly what they wanted. :)
 It was hard for me to narrow it down, so here are a few of my favorites from their session!

Sunset makes for some amazing moments like this one. :)

Can you imagine how stunning they will be on their wedding day?!
